Q: How do I schedule an appointment with a doctor at Affinity Clinic?
A: From infants and adolescents to senior adults, there is a primary care or specialty physician at Affinity to meet the health needs of all ages. For added convenience, extended office hours during the week and weekends are standard fare. To schedule an appointment or for more information about any of our services, please call 229.391.4100, or you may schedule an appointment online.
Q: Which medical specialties are available at Affinity?
A: Our specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology and Allergy & Immunology.
Q: What kinds of services are offered?
A: Many diagnostic tests and treatments, most provided by Tift Regional Medical Center, are available in the same building our office is in. Patients enjoy easy "down the hallway" access for treatments and testing. On-site services include: laboratory, radiology (x-ray, MRI, CT), endoscopy, EMG/nerve conduction studies, trans-cranial and carotid Doppler studies, pacemaker checks, and Coumadin clinic.

A: Office Hours
  • Monday thru Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Pediatrics Only)
Walk-In Clinic Hours (Non-Emergency Patients)
  • Monday thru Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Most Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Pediatrics Only)
  • May close earlier in the event of high patient volume
  • The pediatric walk-in clinic is held at an off-site location every fourth Saturday - call 229.391.4100 for more information.
Lab Hours
  • Monday thru Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

A: Call the main switchboard at 229.391.4100, and you will be referred to the on-call physician.

Q: What are the daily non-emergency walk-in clinic hours?
A: Non-Emergency Walk-In Clinic Hours:
  • Monday thru Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Q: What types of patients are seen at the walk-in clinic?
A: Intended for non-emergency medical conditions only, the Walk-In Clinic at Affinity is provided as a service to patients who need same-day appointments and are unable to schedule an appointment with their primary physician. There are several medical complaints that are not appropriate for the Walk-In Clinic setting, and patients with any of the following medical problems should seek attention from a hospital, emergency center, acute care center or emergency medical personnel.
